SHIP PROHIBITED ITEMS, including (non-exhaustive): • Cash, bearer instruments, precious metals or stones over USD 500 in undeclared value • Illegal drugs, controlled substances, precursors, or paraphernalia • Firearms, ammunition, explosives, fireworks, flammables, compressed gases • Radioactive, biohazardous or toxic materials • Live animals, human remains, organs, blood products • Counterfeit goods, pirated media, trademark-infringing items • Items violating export controls, sanctions, or destination-country laws • Stolen goods or proceeds of crime • Goods you do not lawfully own or are not authorised to ship 2. COMMIT FRAUD, including: • False name, address, or identity • Mislabelling item contents, value, or weight to avoid duties/fees • Filing frivolous or fabricated disputes, claims, recovery cases • Chargebacks without first using the in-platform Recovery process • Identity theft or impersonation of other users • Coordinated abuse, multi-account schemes, sock puppets 3. ABUSE OTHER USERS / STAFF: • Harassment, threats, hate speech, sexual content in messages or motivation notes • Repeated unfounded disputes against the same seller • Sharing access credentials to a third party 4. ATTACK THE PLATFORM: • Scraping at scale without written permission • Brute-force login attempts, denial-of-service, port scanning • Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or circumventing access controls • Uploading malware, scripts, viruses, or exploit payloads • Using the platform to host or distribute illegal content 5. CONSEQUENCES Any violation entitles the Company at sole discretion to: (i) suspend or terminate your account without notice or refund; (ii) refuse, hold, surrender to authorities, or destroy the shipment at your cost; (iii) charge you all resulting costs, fines, legal fees and an administrative penalty up to USD 5,000 per incident; (iv) report you to law enforcement; (v) blacklist your name, email, phone, IP and payment methods across our network; (vi) pursue all available civil and criminal remedies. 6.
